Science and Scenarios, Department for International Trade

Maddalena Campioni is working in the Science and Scenarios team at the Department for International Trade as a researcher. She previously was senior advisor to the Executive Director at UNAIDS and worked for the United Nations for 17 years.

Expert in foresight and future scenarios has co-founded Scenario Development.com and The Global Future.org

During the course of her career has developed numerous foresight project including ‘the future of migration and human mobility’, ‘the future of Climate change’ for Slovenia during their EU presidency, ‘The future of the NHS’, ‘Sustainability’ and more.

Maddalena Campioni has a PhD in Neuroscience and ageing and a Master in neuroethology as well as in health policy planning and financing.
